liquid collector's main functions are liquid collection and gas redistribution.

Zehua Company focused on the points below when designing the liquid collector.

• To shorten liquid residence time
• To promote uniformity of liquid distribution
• To be resistant to expansion during heating &contraction during cooling
• Little on-site workload for welding

On the basis of the above ideas, the following designs are adopted by Zehua Company for liquid collector.

• Rectangular troughs for gas flow, large void ratio and low gas resistance, easy to install on site
• Main trough able to be drawn out, to lessen liquid residence time and prevent the liquid coking
• Branch troughs inclined to the centre, to promote liquid flow, and eliminate liquid residence
• Perfect structure to be resistant to expansion during heating & contraction during cooling
